Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands."  A Reiki practitioner works with the energy around us, connecting it to our own.  While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. There is nothing you must believe in order to use Reiki.  

When energy flow is blocked it can cause physical problems in your body.  Unblocking the body's energy centers with Reiki can help maintain a proper balance between body and mind, resulting in a peaceful relaxed state.

Reiki is a completely harmless, holistic method of healing. It is a great help with stress, panic attacks, depression, anxiety or nervousness. It works by re-balancing energy, soothing the body and mind while addressing the underlying causes of presented symptoms. It is very effective when used in conjunction, as a complementary treatment, with other medical or therapeutic techniques. It is beneficial to relieve side effects as well as promote recovery.

A treatment is a warm, wonderfully calming experience. Reiki treats the whole person, mind/emotions, body and spirit, thus creating many beneficial effects such as relaxation and the feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Spiritual Life Coaching

A Spiritual Life Coach supports you, giving you new tools (like EFT/tapping  and Hacking Reality) and new perspectives, walking along side you through your journey, asking YOU the questions that will trigger your own inner knowing, and helping you to feel more confident in your choices moving forward.  

We help you release old traumas, belief systems, and patterns that no longer serve you.  We help you to remember who you are and why you are here,  helping you to move forward into a more purposeful life.  We help you find inner happiness, peace and harmony while supporting you on your journey to a sense of well-being.

EFT/Tapping

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines while focusing on whatever specific issue or problem we'd like to change. We're discharging, or down-regulating, feelings, beliefs, behaviors and sometimes even physical symptoms that are stuck in our energy system.  EFT can be used for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues.

EFT works with the limbic system, specifically the amygdala, which doesn't understand spoken language which is why traditional talk therapy is relatively ineffective for many issues.  Tapping on negative feelings and memories sends a message to the amygdala that there is no longer a threat present.  The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognized around the world. 

Intuitive Readings

In these sessions, a reader, being sensitive to others' energy,  will read your energy vibrations.  The reader senses what is going on in your life, and based on the issues, they will work with you to help move emotions stuck in your energy aura.  These sessions can show individuals where they are lacking in their life and how they can work on the issues that are brought up for personal growth. They may give perspective on what and why something is happening.  By working on these issues, the spiritual disconnect one can feel in life can be resolved. 

Readers usually sense the vibrations during an intuitive reading session. They use their sensory organs to detect and interpret them. The messages received by an intuitive person do not come in a systematic manner. They may get flashes of images or sounds. Since most of the messages received are symbolic, the interpretation will largely depend on the client’s situation.

For the most part these sessions will help give you an insight into your soul. They will help uncover your soul purpose and will shed light on life events from a spiritual perspective.

Astrology Readings

Astrology is the art of interpreting how celestial movements affect life on Earth. Each person is born with a unique combination of planetary energy that makes up their personality (called your natal chart) and when they interact with other people, the two natal charts play off of each other. Sometimes these interactions feel easy and natural and other times they can be intense and challenging. 

It’s important to remember that “the stars compel; they do not force”. This means that in every situation, you have complete control over how you choose to react. Astrology can help you to better understand your knee jerk reactions, your underlying needs, and your reasoning for your actions. By being aware of these things, you’ll be empowered to respond to situations rather than reacting to them.

During a session, clients will get to explore either their chart or the chart of someone they interact with to better understand the energies involved and how they can be lovingly improved.

Tarot Readings

The Tarot is a symbolic map of consciousness that encompasses our journey through life, both spiritually and practically.

Tarot reading is the practice of divining wisdom and guidance through a specific spread (or layout) of Tarot cards. However, contrary to popular belief, the cards do not simply tell your fortune, and one does not have to be a psychic to give Tarot readings. The cards are meant to provide insight into the innermost truths of your higher self. In other words, the cards provide an evolved awareness of what you already know deep within. The origin of the Tarot is unknown, but we do have documented references of Tarot card use back to fourteenth century Europe. The Tarot has been used as an oracle, in the basic form we know today, since the beginning of the seventeenth century.
